Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Gamzolo ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use any game published by Gamzolo (each a "Game") on the Amazon Appstore or any other store. It is a single policy for all of our Games.
1. The short version
- Our Games are free to download.
- No accounts, no sign up and no email collection.
- No analytics, no tracking and no crash reporting services.
- Our Games do not collect, send or share any personal data. We never sell data.
- The Games work offline.
2. Data stored on your device
Game progress such as finished levels, scores, unlocked items and sound settings is saved only on your device in the Game's private storage. We run no game servers and we cannot see this data. Uninstalling the Game deletes it.
3. Analytics and tracking
Our Games contain no analytics and no third party tracking of any kind. They have no chat, no social network features and no way for players to share personal information with other people.
4. Amazon Appstore
Our Games use the Amazon Appstore SDK so that Amazon can confirm the Game was obtained from the Amazon Appstore (license check). This check is handled by the Amazon Appstore on your device under Amazon's own terms and privacy notice. We do not receive your name or Amazon account details.
5. Permissions
Our Games request no special permissions. They do not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or location.
6. Children
Our Games are suitable for all ages. Because the Games do not collect any personal information, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country). If you believe a child has sent us personal information, for example by email, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Emails you send us
If you write to our support address, we use your email address and message only to answer you, and we delete the conversation when it is no longer needed. We never add you to a mailing list.
8. This website
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no trackers. Its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the technical request data (such as IP address) that any web server receives.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Important changes will also be noted in the Game's store listing.
